Company logos must be a crisp 300 x 300 pixel square image. This logo appears next to all of your employees' job experience entries.
The Company Page banner is slightly smaller than a personal banner, requiring a 1128 x 191 pixel image (a 5.9:1 aspect ratio). Ensure you use a dedicated LinkedIn Image Resizer tool to crop assets into these highly specific wide formats without stretching.
LinkedIn Feed Posts and Carousels
When sharing a standard image post, a 1200 x 1200 pixel square format works exceptionally well, occupying maximum vertical space in the feed.
For LinkedIn "Carousels", you must actually upload a multi-page PDF document. To create these, design your slides at 1080 x 1080 pixels (or 1080 x 1350 for taller slides), export them as a PDF, and upload the document directly to the feed.
